Martha is the founder of Sedona Mondiale, a Kenyan-based consultancy firm within the ICT space.
Prior to full time consultancy, Martha has served within the ICT sector for the last 16 years.
She joined Kenya Data Networks (KDN) (now Liquid Telecom) in 2004 as an intern and rose up the ranks occupying various roles within the company.
In 2010, she joined AccessKenya (now Internet Solutions) to establish and manage the Network Operation Centre (NOC) and Quality assurance functions in the company. She transitioned to Wananchi Group in 2014 as the NOC manager with the task of turning around a critical business function for improved service quality. 2017 saw Martha join WIOCC as the Quality Assurance manager with the objective of establishing a Quality Assurance function in the company to oversee all quality and audit matters in the company.
In her most recent appointment, Martha joined Amiran Communications to head up Technical Operations and Projects. In this role, Martha led a team of 26 staff to execute, support and maintain large scale security and network projects within the COMESA region.
Martha is an established consultant, having worked with Intercai (UK) and Summit Strategies Ltd (Kenya). Since 2007, she has developed and executed strategies for telcos, regulators, governments and multinationals.
Martha holds a BSc in Information Systems & Technology (Hons) from USIU, Nairobi and an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering (Hons) from University of Leicester, UK. She is a member of ISACA and a certified CISA. Outside the world of work, Martha is an upcoming writer and chef who tests all works of art on her three lovely children before sharing with the world.
